1. Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the rbaje platform and its users. Wherever "rbaje", "we", "our", or "platform" is used in this document, it refers to the entire rbaje service and website.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has visited the rbaje website, created an account, or used any of its services. "Services" refers to all platform activities including sports betting, casino games, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, rbaje's final decision shall apply.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use rbaje services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and must have the legal right to use online betting and gaming services in your area.
• You must confirm that you are using these services voluntarily and are not under any compulsion.
• All information provided during account registration must be true and accurate.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an rbaje employee or contractor.

For age verification, rbaje may request a copy of a member's national identity card or passport at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed immediately and all balances in both accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

A correct name, mobile number, and email address must be provided when creating an account. Providing false information is prohibited and may result in the account being closed.

3.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. rbaje will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account accessed without authorisation, contact live chat immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

rbaje currently accepts deposits via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, but may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Matching

The mobile banking number used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your rbaje account. Transactions through third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.4 Bonus Funds

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. The relevant amount will only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus can only be received once and is credited to your personal account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. The period to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. If the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using artificial methods to earn bonuses, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or exploiting loopholes in bonus terms is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.4 VIP Cashback

rbaje's VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is also subject to bonus terms and conditions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded automatically.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before or after a match begins. Bets will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time the bet was accepted; subsequent changes will not apply.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

rbaje reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds. The balance used in such bets will be returned.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, match results will be determined according to the announcement by the official governing body. If a match is abandoned or does not finish within the scheduled time, all bets will be considered void and stakes returned.

6.5 Casino Games

The RNG (Random Number Generator) used in all casino games is impartial and verified. Any objection to a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaje platform:

1. Using a false or fake identity when creating an account.
2. Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
3. Placing artificial bets to exploit bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
4. Searching for bugs or exploiting advantageous glitches in the platform's software.
5. Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
6. Collecting other members' information through social engineering or phishing.
7. Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
8. Colluding with other members to gain an artificial advantage in betting.

Violations of these prohibitions will result in the account being closed and all funds forfeited, and rbaje reserves the right to take legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 rbaje's Rights

rbaje reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it appears that the account is in violation of these Terms.

8.2 User's Rights

You may request the closure of your own account at any time through support. Eligible balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login or transaction activity for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.

9. Data Privacy

rbaje is committed to keeping members' personal information secure. Details on how we collect, store, and use information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Members' personal information is used only for identity verification, payment processing, and customer service purposes. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

10. Responsible Gaming

rbaje believes that betting and casino games should be for entertainment purposes only. We advise members to play safely and within their limits. An unhealthy addiction to gambling can cause mental and financial harm.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Continuity

rbaje strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or other reasons. For bets affected during such times, please contact support.

11.2 Third-Party Software

rbaje is not directly liable for errors in the software of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others. However, we will attempt to mediate in the event of gaming issues.

11.3 User's Own Responsibility

Participation in betting and gaming is entirely voluntary, and it is the member's own responsibility to bear the risk of financial loss. rbaje is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from playing beyond one's limits.

12. Changes to Terms

rbaje reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your agreement to the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request that your account be closed.

The date of the most recent update will always be noted at the top of this page. In the event of any difference from a previous version, the most recent version shall apply.
